Drink Plenty of Water in the Morning?

Make your morning habit the first thing you do after you open your eyes is drink 16oz of water.

Why is that?

Drinking water first thing in the morning fires up your metabolism by 25%, it hydrates you and flushed out all your toxins, it also gives your brain fuel and also may even suppress your appetite

Due to the human body being 50-75% water we need to keep this replenished I’m not a lover of water but I add a drop of lemon, lime or any citrus fruit oil to it then I’m reaping both benefits.

On average we should consume 2-3 litres of water a day I know I barely can get through that myself but found using the phrase

“Pass the sink, take a drink”

engrained in my mind surprising how much water you could drink.
