Weight Gain in the Menopause

A reason why i needed to get my weight under control is the one thing everyone dreads “The change”” the Menopause” i can think of a lot of names for it. The biggest issues for me when I approach this stage is WEIGHT GAIN. Its a fact it may happen &it may be harder to lose but its something us wonderful women have to go through..
